EDINBURGH COUNCIL CONSULTATION ON SAUNA LICENSING

EDINBURGH COUNCIL CONSULTATION ON SAUNA LICENSING

Edinburgh Council is now consulting on a proposal to remove saunas and massage parlours from the public entertainment licensing system.  The system that has operated over several decades in Edinburgh is under threat, and we believe that this action will displace sex workers to hidden venues, reduce access to sexual health and support services, and make them more vulnerable.

You can read SCOT-PEP's response here.

You can take part in the online survey completely anonymously.  It is very short and easy to answer.  You can find the survey here.
